ABSTRACT The study included the evaluation of different organic sources of nutrition (poultry manure, guinea pig manure and cow manure) on the propagation of soursop seedlings in nursery, located in Yurimaguas. The objective was to determine the effect of such sources on the morphological development at the nursery stage, in order to reverse root problems, transplant stress and low percentage of seedling development in the final field. The established proportions were 50:50 (50% organic fertilizer and 50% black soil), at the same time the seeds were collected, selected and scarified, the substrate was prepared, the bags were filled and the seeds were sown. The established treatments were: T1: Control (black soil), T2: cow manure, T3: guinea pig manure and T4 poultry manure. The indicators evaluated were: germination percentage (%), plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), root length (cm), number of leaves per seedling (N°), leaf area (cm2), Dickson quality index and economic analysis, all of which were evaluated at the fifth month, with the exception of germination percentage (at day 15). The data obtained were submitted to analysis of variance, Duncan multiple range test at 5% probability. The results show a high significance in all variables except germination percentage, the T4 treatment: poultry manure obtained better responses to all the indicators under study, reaching averages of 51.43 cm plant height, 5.87 mm stem diameter, 30.33 cm root length, 16 leaves per plant, 79.04 cm2 leaf area, 1.37 Dickson's quality index and 0.23 cost/benefit value. It was concluded that poultry manure had a better acceptance of the variables, maintaining predominance in the averages obtained as results. This was due to the fact that it contains greater quantities of minerals in contrast to cow manure and guinea pig manure, which contributes to the morphological development of the seedlings.
