The general objective of this research entitled, "Architectural Design of a Municipal Land Terminal to Increase Tourist Demand in the Province of Rioja", is to determine the architectural design of a municipal land terminal to increase tourist demand in the province of Rioja. The research was carried out using an applied approach, characterized by a descriptive and correlational level and a non-experimental design. A sample of 373 users transported by the land terminal was selected. The data collection technique used was the survey and the instrument used was a questionnaire with 16 questions. As a result, 56% of the total population expressed a high opinion about the architectural design of a municipal land terminal to increase tourism demand in the province of Rioja, 33.24% are at a medium level and 9.62% at a low level. Additionally, after performing the Pearson test, the existence of a significant relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable was determined. This leads to the conclusion that the architectural design of a municipal land terminal will have a positive impact on the increase in tourism demand in the province of Rioja, which allows the acceptance of the research hypothesis proposed, with a significance value of less than 0.05 and an “r” value of 0.686. In other words, there is a weak positive correlation of 47% between the two study variables
