Assertive behavior and interpersonal relationships in the teachers of the educational institution N° 00123 of Segunda Jerusalén, 2021 To behave assertively consists of expressing your views and opinions in a confident and firm manner, without showing any form of aggression, which are the pillars of human and interpersonal relationships that are based on emotions and perceptions, such as affection and aesthetic appreciation, commitment to the business and educational spheres. In this sense, the research determined the association between assertive behavior with interpersonal relationships among teachers. The study was non-applied, descriptive-correlational, with a sample of 53 teachers; likewise, the survey technique was used and the instrument used was the assertive behavior and interpersonal relations questionnaire. The results showed that the relationship between authenticity with interpersonal relationships in teachers was γ = 0.755 (high positive); the relationship between unconditional acceptance with interpersonal relationships in teachers was γ = 0.716 (high positive); the relationship between empathy with interpersonal relationships in teachers was γ = 0.643 (moderate positive); and the relationship between communication with interpersonal relationships in teachers was γ = 0.714 (high positive). Finally, behaving assertively with interpersonal relationships in teachers, according to the Spearman correlative was γ = 0.752, which is considered high positive with significance, because the tc value was 8.147 which means that the study hypothesis is accepted.
