The present study called “Work Climate and Burnout Syndrome in employees of automotive spare parts companies in the city of Trujillo” aimed to determine whether or not there is a significant correlation between the work environment and burnout syndrome in employees of automotive spare parts companies in the city of Trujillo. the city of Trujillo, being a substantive study, with a descriptive correlational design, having a sample of 110 employees from three companies dedicated to the sale of automotive spare parts in the city of Trujillo, applying the Work Climate scale (CL-SPC) created by Palma (2004) and the Burnout inventory of Maslach and Jackson (1997), obtaining as results a favorable level (43.6%) in work environment and a medium level (35.5%) in burnout; In addition, a value r=- .130 was obtained; p=.177 between the variables, determining that there is no relationship as it has a very low and non-significant intensity, it is concluded that the work environment does not influence burnout in collaborators
