The objective of this research was to study the behavior of clients regarding late payment of funeral services. The research was descriptive and non-experimental, and retrospective, with historical and transversal information. The behavior of clients regarding funeral services that includes niches has had an increase of 11.07% in 2020, compared to 2019, however, in 2021 it increased by 0.99% based on 2020. The behavior of The debts show that 67% are 30 days late, and 16% are 60 days late; Also, 9% are 90 days late, and 8% are 120 days late. In 2019, it was noted that 67% of debts are 30 days late, and in 2020 there are 63% of debts late by the same length of days as the previous year; Likewise, 15% are 60 days late, 10% are 90 days late, and 12% are 12 days late, and on the other hand in 2021, 72% are 30 days late, while 17% are 60 days late, and 8% are late. 90 days, and 10.44% of 120 days. Regarding accounts receivable in the years 2019, 2020, and 2021, the behavior was fluctuating.
