In today's digital era, e-commerce platforms have established themselves as a crucial driving force for economic growth. Efficiency and innovation are essential for e-commerce companies to remain competitive. Qempo, a Peruvian startup, stands out in this sector by connecting local buyers with imported products through a collaborative economy-based business model. This strategy allows consumers to obtain products at reduced prices and travelers to monetize their available space on flights. The study has identified that Qempo's logistics chain, although innovative, presents significant challenges due to the dependence on travelers for product delivery. The availability and reliability of travelers are critical variables that can affect the consistency and timeliness of deliveries. In conclusion, the management of the logistics chain and innovation at Qempo has proven to be effective in many aspects, but also faces challenges that must be addressed to ensure its long-term sustainability and competitiveness. Recommendations include the continuous optimization of the technology used, improving coordination with travelers, and implementing new strategies to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
