In the present, technological advancements have led various companies to adapt to a dynamic and evolving digital context. The increasing acceptance of these technologies is transforming the way people manage their money and conduct transactions online. Therefore, in this research work, we will analyze technological readiness, stress, perceived usefulness, and satisfaction in relation to the intention to continue using mobile wallets. The study will be conducted through non experimental quantitative research that will sample 400 individuals who have conducted at least four transactions per week in the last three months using mobile wallet applications. For this purpose, a self-administered and structured an online survey will be carried out employing a Likert scale with ratings from 1 to 5. To validate the relationships, a statistical structural equation model will be applied, and the data will be analyzed using Smart PLS software.
