The present investigation determined the influence of the Emotional Intelligence Program on the social climate in third-year high school students at the Alexander Graham Bell Educational Institution in the District of Trujillo, in 2019. For this purpose, we worked with a Quasi-Experimental design of Pre Test and Post Test with a control group and an experimental group with a sample population of 44 students. Using the Social School Climate Questionnaire created by R.H. as a measurement instrument. MOOS, and E.J. Tricket (1974) and adapted by Dr. Edmundo Arévalo – 2002. The result was that the Emotional Intelligence program improves the social climate of the students. Finally, when applying the hypothesis test, stating that there are statistically significant differences in relation to the Social School Climate Questionnaire between the pre-test and post-test, it is evident that the Emotional Intelligence Workshop significantly developed the social climate in the aforementioned population, leaving thus validating the aforementioned Workshop.
