The research addressed the influence of a proposed reference model on the efficient implementation of integrated management systems and its application in a pharmaceutical SME from the La Esperanza district, taking into account indicators such as reduction in selection time, process integration, evaluation, and deployment. To achieve this, business processes from pharmaceutical SMEs were documented, designing a reference model tailored to their needs, combining implementation methodologies, agile frameworks, and influencing factors. The application of this model was carried out at ALLY PERU S.A.C, a pharmaceutical software development company. Through operational efficiency indicators, the efficacy of the model was assessed, noting significant improvements in post-implementation management. The research also carried out a comparative analysis with other integrated management models and related studies, highlighting the innovative features of the proposal, such as the strategic integration of the business and project management. As a result, the proposed model proved to be a valuable tool for optimizing the implementation of management systems in pharmaceutical SMEs, with direct benefits in efficiency and adaptability to business processes.
