ABSTRACT The general objective of this research work is to determine the impact that covid-19 has generated on the liquidity and solvency of the aesthetic and health dental company INC, 2020. For this, percentage analysis is used, in order to study the representation of different elements of the financial statements; and the analysis through liquidity and solvency ratios, to evaluate relationships between items and have a global reasoning in said aspects. The research is basic type, applied and was of non-experimental-descriptive design, it was carried out using the deductive, inductive and analytical-dialectical method, and in the development, it was possible to apply a questionnaire for the independent variable. Its population is the aesthetic dental company and health INC After processing the data collected, it was shown that the ravages of COVID-19 have hit the economy hard, where small and medium-sized companies have been vulnerable, since it has not only exposed our current system, but has also exposed the deficiencies of the entrepreneur, since the companies do not have a projected contingency plan for similar situations or uncertain scenarios, when analyzing the impact of COVID-19 on the liquidity and solvency of the company INC aesthetic dentistry and health, it was shown that the impact of COVID-19 had a significant impact on the company's liquidity and solvency, since the company's liquidity is largely concentrated in inventories.
