ABSTRACT The purpose of my research is to “Establish the risk factors that are associated with physical violence in users of the Women's Emergency Center located in Comisaria El Milagro in the city of Trujillo – La Libertad during the 2020 period. The data was collected from the statistical bulletins. of the Aurora National Program having been processed in the IBM SPSS v.27 statistical program to obtain the results, simple and double tables with absolute and percentage frequencies and binomial logistic regression will be used to predict the probability of suffering from physical violence or not according to the risk factors studied. The population was made up of 313 users who attended the CEM Comisaria El Milagro during 2020. A simple random sampling was carried out knowing the population and having as a background the database of the year 2019, it allows us to know that of the total number of users affected that year was 434 of which 197 suffered from physical violence, this represents a value of p = 0.45 and q = 0.55 to obtain our sample. Having carried out the corresponding statistical tests, it was determined that factors such as having less than primary education, a history of violence, economic and emotional dependence with their p-values below 0.05 are significant for the probability that the users have suffered. of physical violence by their partners.
