The present investigation was carried out with the aim of determining the effects of the application of the pedagogical leadership program to improve the quality of services in the Initial Educational Institution N° 227 "Jesus my Saviour" Shipata - 2022. The type of research was experimental, with a quantitative approach and a pre-experimental design. The techniques used were observation and survey, the instrument to measure the second variable consisted of 20 items, whose validity and reliability was determined by expert judgment and Cronbach's Alpha whose value was 0.902, the population was 33 employees of the institution under study and the sample to which the instrument was applied were 30 participants teachers and parents for the collection of information. The data were processed through Excel and SPSS V 24. The results show that 53% of them evaluate the quality of service as good, corroborated by the T Student statistic obtaining the result Tc=18.78 > Tt=1.699 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.5. The conclusion is that the Pedagogical Leadership program greatly improves the quality of services in the educational institution of the initial level, affirming optimum reliability, with a good capacity to respond to the user, and an attitude of empathy in favour of the other.
