Abstract: El presente informe tiene como objetivo presentar una propuesta de procedimientos operativos estandarizados (POEs) para el área de dispensación de una farmacia en el marco de la COVID- 19 acorde al Manual de Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación (BPD) y los protocolos correspondientes. Se desarrolló 07 procedimientos donde se describen las actividades relacionadas a dicha área y las responsabilidades del personal que labora en ellas. Asimismo, se presenta un POE donde se estipulan los procedimientos a seguir para la atención farmacéutica en pacientes con sospechas de COVID-19 según el protocolo vigente aprobado por la resolución N° 007-2020-DN-CQFP y el plan para la vigilancia, prevención y control de COVID-19, para los dependientes del establecimiento farmacéutico, basado en la Resolución Ministerial N°448- 2020 MINSA. Además, se presentan 2 POEs referentes a la farmacovigilancia y tecnovigilancia en una oficina farmacéutica para luego ser reportadas a la Autoridad Nacional/Regional de Productos Farmacéuticos, Dispositivos Médicos y Productos Sanitarios.
ABSTRACT The objective of this report is to present a proposal for standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the dispensing area of a pharmacy in the framework of COVID-19 in accordance with the Good Dispensing Practices Manual (GDP) and the corresponding protocols. A master list of 07 procedures was developed describing the activities related to said area and the responsibilities of the personnel that work in them. Likewise, a SOP is presented where the procedures to be followed for pharmaceutical care in patients with suspected COVID-19 are stipulated according to the current protocol approved by resolution No. 007-2020-DN-CQFP and the Plan for surveillance, prevention and control of COVID-19, for those dependent on the pharmaceutical establishment, based on Ministerial Resolution No. 448-2020 MINSA. In addition, SOPs referring to pharmacovigilance and technovigilance are presented in a pharmaceutical office to be later reported to the National/Regional Authority for Pharmaceutical Products, Medical Devices and Health Products.
