ABSTRACT The present research work was based on determining the effect of Cucurbita ficifolia, Persea americana and Citrullus lanatus on bladder hypertrophy in Mus musculus var. s wiss with prostatic hyperplasia. A random distribution was made in seven groups of 6 specimens each: the White Group, orchiectomized, and the Sham was administered extra -virgin olive oil by sub cutaneous route (VSC) and on the 2nd day distilled water and extra virgin olive oil were administered orally (VO) until the 15th day. The Control Group, Problem I, Problem II, Problem III and Patron, all orchiectomized, was administered Testosterone Enanthate and Estradiol Benzoate by VSC, repeating the administration to the 7th and 5th day respectively; and on the second day the Control Group was administered distilled water and extra virgin olive oil; to Problem I, Cucurbita ficifolia oil and Citrullus lanatus aqueous extract were administered; Problem group II was administered Persea americana oil and Citrullus lanatus aqueous extract; the Problem group III was a dministered oil of Cucurbita ficifolia, Persea americana and aqueous extract of Citrullus lanatus; the Patron Group was administered finasteride all administered by VO until the 15th day. The results of this study indicate that Problem I, II and III significantly reduced (p <0.05) the prostate size and the connective tissue / smooth muscle index. It is concluded that Problem I and II show a similar effect when avoiding bladder hypertrophy; while Problem III shows a greater effect than the previous associations, being almost close to the Pattern
