ABSTRACT The subject that the thesis addresses is female economic entrepreneurship. The objective of the research is to determine the strategies that businesswomen employ in the processes, improvements and social impact of their business ventures aimed at their quality of life: describing leadership and innovation strategies, business management, that businesswomen project as elements of social impact achieved and improvements in the quality of life of women entrepreneurs and their families. The study responds to What are the business entrepreneurship strategies in women entrepreneurs to improve their quality of life? The hypothesis that guides the study indicates that the strategies are constituted in leadership, business management and social impact for the achievement of individual well-being of the woman and her dependent family. The applied, descriptive and qualitative methodology research characterizes as research subjects eight female entrepreneur entrepreneurs who are users of the Financiera Compartamos from the La Esperanza district (Trujillo, La Libertad) in 2021. Through the ethnographic method, archival documentary review and the application of virtual interviews, a study of cases of frequent undertakings in the areas of commerce, production and services was carried out. The variables of entrepreneurship strategy and quality of life were studied, through decisions in business vision, innovative business decisions, adaptation of entrepreneurship, resource management and the social impact of the decisions of the eight women. Identifies the scope of development in self-assessment, individual financial autonomy, contribution to family income, participation in household decisions, spending preferences, family financial autonomy, contribution to the formal economy and participation in financial institutions. The results establish that women rely on references, skills, information and family and friend support, assuming a purposeful character for diversification, establishment and independence, consolidating values of improvement and constituting choices in spaces of economic and social opportunity. Through knowledge of this reality of women, the relationship between financial institutions and users is trengthened, the economic and social impact of credit, entrepreneurship and the vision of individual and family development are oriented towards a better understanding and responsible cooperation.
