The present work had as objective the treatment of household organic waste in the urbanization los 4 suyos, through an anaerobic digester at laboratory level to produce biofertilizer from household organic waste from the area of influence in order to determine the use thereof. using this technique with the purpose of producing biofertilizer, which will serve to improve the natural fertility of the soil and therefore improve the quality and increase of agricultural production, thus reducing environmental pollution and production costs, to the best standard of living for residents and farmers. For the execution of the work, the characterization of household solid waste was carried out, resulting in the following: 23.87% of vegetable waste; 19.46% of fruit residues 14.35% of animal manure residues and 8.29% of seed residues and others. Based on the bibliographic review and data collection for the design of an anaerobic biodigester, a digester was built at the laboratory level, with dimensions of 0.30 m in diameter, 0.5 m long and with a volume of 15 liters of capacity, where the experiments were carried out with the samples obtained from organic waste according to the dimension of the digester, obtaining the results of the laboratory analysis on the amount of water and residence time of the experiments carried out, finding better results maintaining humidity in 83.47%; a better quality biobono is obtained, with a content of 2.34% nitrogen; 1.58% phosphorus and 3.40% potassium.
