Abstract: Se realizó la investigación respecto a la evaluación del impacto ambiental en los Baños del
Inca, esta ciudad es capital del distrito del mismo nombre a una distancia de 7080 m. al
Sureste de la ciudad de Cajamarca, departamento de Cajamarca. Como principal objetivo se
planteó hacer una EIA (Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental) del proyecto de agua potable y
saneamiento en Baños del Inca aplicando un estudio de impacto ambiental, dando la
importancia necesaria y resaltar de manera específica cada uno de los efectos de impacto ya
sea positiva o negativa, lo cual puede afectar a los componentes del medio ambiente y
también influye en los habitantes cambiando su estilo de vida, esto es debido a que se
encuentran dentro del área de influencia directa del proyecto. La investigación realizada fue
con enfoque cuantitativa – no experimental, se utilizaron los siguientes instrumentos: La
guía de observación y también la matriz causa – efecto (tomando como base la metodología
de Vicente Conesa). Después de empleado ello se logró obtener una evaluación clara
respecto al área de estudio, haciendo referencia a la etapa de construcción, en el cual se
obtuvo una importancia de manera negativa, además implicó la significancia moderada, en
base a los componentes medios ambientales físicos de manera específica siendo la calidad
del suelo (-24) y biológicos propiciando una perdida en la cobertura vegetal, teniendo la
valoración de (-30), esto nos indica que estos factores se alcanzan a recuperar en un lapso de
tiempo dado; en cambio en la parte socioeconómica se produjeron impactos de manera
positiva, esto debido al incremento de empleo que tiene un rango de (22) generando
optimización, además de mejora de los servicios básicos para dicha ciudad y lugares
aledaños.
The investigation was carried out regarding the evaluation of the environmental impact in Baños del Inca, this city is the capital of the district of the same name at a distance of 7080 m. Southeast of the city of Cajamarca, department of Cajamarca. The main objective was to carry out an EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) of the drinking water and sanitation project in Baños del Inca applying an environmental impact study, giving the necessary importance and specifically highlighting each of the impact effects, whether positive or negative, which can affect the components of the environment and also influence the inhabitants by changing their lifestyle, this is because they are within the direct area of influence of the project. The research carried out was with a quantitative - non-experimental approach, the following instruments were used: The observation guide and also the cause - effect matrix (based on the methodology of Vicente Conesa). After using this, it was possible to obtain a clear evaluation regarding the study area, which was referred to the construction stage, in which the importance was obtained, which was negative, but also implied significance, being moderate in based on the physical environmental components in a specific way, being the quality of the soil (-24) and biological, causing a loss in vegetation cover, having the assessment of (-30), this indicates that these factors can be recovered in a given time span; On the other hand, in the socioeconomic part, positive impacts were produced, this due to the increase in employment that has a range of (22) also thanks to the optimization and improvement of basic services for said city and surrounding places.
