The sustainable cultivation of protein legumes is part of the food security programs in the world, and rhizospheric microorganisms have the ability to stimulate their growth and improve their yield. In order to evaluate the effect of the co-inoculation of Burkholderia ubonensis and Rhizobium spp. On the yield of Pisum sativum cultivated in Mache - Otuzco - La Libertad, bacterial cultures of B. ubonensis, R. leguminosarum and Rhizobium spp. were used. and, from which inocula with a concentration of 109 cells / ml were prepared, to be formulated as inoculants on a solid support based on peat. These inoculants were added to seeds of P. sativum cultivar INIA-102 Usui, which were sown in experimental units; A field experiment was designed with six treatments and three repetitions per treatment; The performance components of P. sativum were evaluated, such as precocity factors, dry mass of the aerial part, number of pods per plant and green bean yield. It was obtained that the treatment in which Rhizobium spp. and B. ubonensis increased the dry mass of the aerial part and the number of pods. In addition, the number of nodules is strongly correlated with the yield (Kg.ha-1 of green grain) and these two variables are favored with the individual inoculation of Rhizobium spp. It was concluded that the co-inoculation of B. ubonensis and Rhizobium spp. It has no significant effect on the green grain yield of P. sativum cultivar INIA-102 Usui grown in Mache - Otuzco - La Libertad.
