The present work is a descriptive investigation, aimed at conducting a socio-economic survey of the landlords; Saint Vincent, Saint Andrew and El Limón. As well as the water quality of the Rumiyacu micro-water, in accordance with the Water Quality Standards according to DS. No. 004-2017 (ECAS) in category A2, for which it was based on the Participant Comment, of the researcher, sampling data records were used in the social survey, and a data sheet for water quality parameters, whose instrument was designed by the researcher himself. With average temperature results of 22,5C°, turbidity of 70,25 NTU; water colour of 70 UCV Pt-Co, conductivity does not exceed 400 sS/cm. The maximum total coliforms are 104 NTC/100 ml; thermotolerant coliforms do not reach 80 NTC/100 ml, in such cases they do not exceed ECAS. More than 50 per cent of the population in the three micro-water settlements; they have an average primary and secondary education level; 63 per cent of families live with more than 6 persons; 90 per cent of the population have only land ownership certificates; most have an average of more than 10 hectares. as agriculture is the main economic activity (85% of the population), this activity generates a monthly income of S/.500.00 NS per family. There is knowledge of more than 70 per cent of the population on Environmental Services Payments (EPS), but 68 per cent of the population disagrees with paying for water consumption, the main reason being that most of the population (85 per cent) do not have the resources to do. Soit can be concluded that the working water quality parameters, do not exceed SCAs and that more than 50 per cent of the population in the three populated centres of the micro-quan are settlers with a certificate of possession of the polygons they use, with more than 10 hectares, and more than 85 per cent of them believe that the PSA would preserve the environment.
