Abstract: La investigación tiene como objetivo describir y explicar cómo se da el desarrollo de la integración laboral de los migrantes venezolanos en el mercado laboral La Hermelinda. En cuanto a la recolección de información se aplicó entrevistas a los migrantes que se encuentran laborando dentro del mercado, siendo la muestra de un total de 21 informantes. Respecto a las metodologías aplicadas fueron el método etnográfico, método inductivo y el método estadístico. Para la sistematización de la investigación se empleó técnicas e instrumentos. Las técnicas están basadas en la observación, la revisión bibliográfica, la entrevista y dentro de los instrumentos tenemos la libreta de campo, guía de entrevista, y fichas de estudio que permitió recolectar la información de los trabajadores venezolanos a fin de poder cumplir con los objetivos. Los resultados demuestran que los migrantes que trabajan dentro del mercado laboral La Hermelinda pueden cubrir sus necesidades sin contar con un trabajo extra fuera del mercado. Así mismo prefieren trabajar de forma independiente ya que así generan más ingresos para cubrir sus necesidades básicas, ahorrando también para poner un negocio propio y lograr todas sus metas trazadas Finamente indican que no tienen una mala relación con sus compañeros.
ABSTRACT The research aims to describe and explain how the development of labor integration of Venezuelan migrants in the Hermelinda labor market occurs. Regarding the collection of information, interviews were applied to migrants who are working within the market, with a total sample of 21 informants. Regarding the methodologies applied, they were the ethnographic method, inductive method and the statistical method. Techniques and instruments were used to systematize the research. The techniques are based on observation, bibliographic review, interview and within the instruments we have the field notebook, interview guide, and study sheets that allowed us to collect information from Venezuelan workers in order to meet the objectives.The results show that migrants who work within the La Hermelinda labor market can meet their needs without having an extra job outside the market. Likewise, they prefer to work independently since this way they generate more income to cover their basic needs, also saving to start their own business and achieve all their goals. Finely, they indicate that they do not have a bad relationship with their colleagues.
