ABSTRACT In the Camposol company, avocado cultivation has been managed under a gravity drip irrigation system, to supply food to the plant through fertigation, that is, directly to the root zone and moistening the root of the plant that allows supplying the nutritional demand, modify (gradually) soil and/or water conditions, achieve special quality conditions and mitigate adverse climatic effects. The professional sufficiency work collects the work experience during my stay at the Camposol company, in fertigation management in the cultivation of avocado (Persea americana) Var. Hass, where nutrients are distributed in liquid form daily or weekly according to a nutrition plan, the specific objectives were to determine the amounts and distribution of nutrient sources, determine the irrigation sheet and irrigation module and determine the fertigation solutions. . The operation of the production areas in Peru are Virú-Chao, La Libertad, Curumuy, Piura, Magdalena, Cajamarca, each area has an independent plan with its nutrition staff. The modernization managed in the company is Gravity Irrigation Zones (Magdalena) and Fertigation Zones (Virú-Chao and Piura), where the Agronomic Design is applied, resulting in a hydraulic state for the crop. The Physical condition of the Soil is taken into account: Movement and moisture retention and the Chemical Condition of the Soil: Salinity level and pH.
