ABSTRACT The objective of this report on Pre-professional practices was to determine the level of compliance with Good Dispensing Practices in a Mifarma apothecary during the COVID-19 Trujillo pandemic, 2020 - 2021. For this, the evaluation sheet was prepared taking into account the criteria of Good Dispensing Practices (BPD) No. 013-2009/Minsa described in Article 45° and 56° of D.S. N°014- 2011-SA, based on the Manual of Standard Operating Processes (POEs) of Botica Mifarma during the period 2020-2021. Likewise, three periods of three months were considered and they were chosen (February, April and June), to register in the evaluation sheet (Annex 10). Where results were obtained: The percentage distribution of compliance with the "Reception and Validation of the prescription", allows us to appreciate that for February 2021, as for April 2021, said evaluated personnel complies with 90% and in June with 94% having a high level, with respect to the "Analysis and interpretation of the Prescription", by November 2020 only 15% was met, by April 2021 progress was achieved by complying with 33% and finally in June 2021 a very high level was achieved with 100% compliance. Therefore, in the activity of the "Preparation and Selection for the delivery of the product" we appreciate that the evaluated personnel complies with 68%, February 75%, reaching a medium level compared to June 92%, a high level of compliance was achieved. Regarding the "Delivery of the product" a low level was met with 50% in February, improving with 67% for April 2021 and 86% June 2021 high level of compliance. Finally, on "Registration", it allows us to appreciate that the evaluated personnel fully comply with what is established with a very high level of 100%. In conclusion, it was determined that the level of compliance with Good Dispensing Practices in a Mifarma apothecary during the COVID-19 Trujillo pandemic, 2020 -2021 was 96.6%, which represents a very high level of compliance, but always seeking to obtain a optimum improvement in quality for dispensing
