The research conducted at “Clínica Santa Lucía S.A.C.” aimed primarily to analyze and understand variations in the Employee Turnover Rate (ETR) during the years 2022 and 2023. The results revealed a dynamic landscape concerning employee retention within the organization during these periods. Initially, a considerably high ETR was identified in the first semester of 2022 at 18.62%, indicating significant employee turnover. Although there was a slight decrease in the second semester of the same year to 16.31%, employee retention remained relatively stable, suggesting some consistency. The most notable change occurred with the implementation of process management in 2023. This introduction coincided with a significant and sustained decrease in the ETR throughout the year. Both in the first semester at 12.46% and in the second at 11.64%, a marked reduction in employee turnover was observed, pointing to the positive effects of these management practices on job stability. The annual averages confirmed this downward trend, showing a significant decrease in the ETR between 2022 and 2023 of 17.47% and 12.08%, respectively. It is concluded that the research showed a significant decrease in the employee turnover rate (ETR) at Clínica Santa Lucía S.A.C. between 2022 and 2023. This reduction coincided with the implementation of process management, suggesting that these practices had a positive impact on job stability, improving employee retention within the organization.
