The present investigation was aimed at determining the Directive Leadership and its influence on “the Labor Performance of the Jurisdictional Personnel” of the Superior Court of Justice - Trujillo Headquarters, 2019, the same that was carried out through “a study and analysis of the variables” Directive Leadership and “Labor Performance”, “the main objective of the research was to determine the influence” of the Directive Leadership on the Labor Performance of the Jurisdictional Personnel of the Superior Court of Justice - Trujillo Headquarters 2019, “the survey was applied as a data collection instrument”, the population was made up of 1068 members of the jurisdictional staff, “obtaining a representative sample equal to 283 people”, “a survey questionnaire was applied to the sample obtained”, “in order to study the variables and the incidence between the independent and dependent”; “the data collection instruments were validated by Cronbach's Alpha method”, yielding a 0.64 reliability of the questionnaire; “Previous research studies related to the investigated topic were reviewed”, “in the same way” “the theories were oriented to the dimensions of both variables”, “the type of research is non-experimental, transversal and correlational”, “reaching the conclusion after processing the variables”, that there is enough evidence to accept the null hypothesis and reject the general hypothesis since P<0.05, therefore there is a significant relationship between the variables Management Leadership and “Work Performance at a confidence level of 95%”.
