ABSTRACT This thesis was carried out with the objective of explaining the influence of participatory management in the organizational climate of the glass of milk program of the Club de Madres “Rosa de América”. The sample consisted of 25 members of the Glass of Milk program of the Club de Madres Rosa de América; Around the investigation, four methods were used: ethnographic, deductive, inductive and statistical; In addition, techniques such as the interview, the survey and the verification instruments were used as an interview guide and questionnaire, being applied to all the members of the mothers' club. The results obtained show us that the little participatory management identified does not allow the development of a good organizational climate among the members of the glass of milk program of the Club de Madres “Rosa de América”. According to the data obtained, it is proposed that the members be trained in issues of management, participation and interpersonal relationships, as well as that the board of directors be trained in leadership issues and that both members and the board of directors of the glass of milk program make a good management, providing a good service to the beneficiary, and promoting their participation on their own initiative to improve their organizational climate.
