We started our research with the main objective of determining how women who have suffered psychological violence perceive the quality of service they receive at the Women's Emergency Center - Chimbote Police Station, located in the Ancash Region, during the year 2020. The research employed various methodological approaches such as qualitative method and inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic method. In addition, a descriptive and crosssectional research design was used to collect data. For this purpose, a structured interview technique was applied, and a questionnaire was distributed to evaluate the perception of service quality. The study population consisted of 174 individuals who were attended to during the first three months of 2020 at the Women's Emergency Center - Chimbote Police Station located in the Ancash Region. The sample corresponded to the 174 users of this center. Regarding the findings, the users indicate that 81.6% of the surveyed women consider the quality of the service to be regular. Regarding the psychological area, 78.2% of the users rate it as regular, while in the social area, 49.4% consider it good, and in the legal area, 83.4% perceive it as regular.
