This present research work takes into account the problematic that causes the hemoglobin variation in the immediate puerperium of eutocic and the high rates of anemia as a direct consequence, obtaining information for make decisions that allows to reduce the variation of hemoglobin in childbirth eutocic. For that reason, the objective of establishing the relationship between hemoglobin variation in the immediate puerperium of eutocic and obstetric factors, in patients treated at the Hospital II Es Salud Cajamarca in 2019. The research design is descriptive, retrospective, correlational; cross section , It´s provided with a population of 817 patients, considering a sample of 262 analysis units that were obtained by simple random sampling, which the medical histories were reviewed, in this investigation was used a data collection sheet as an instrument. Of the patients treated, 42.75% They presented <1 g/dl and 57.25% > 1 g/dl of hemoglobin, 19.08% presented vulvoperineal rip , 19.08% of them were carried out of episiotomy, 74.81% presented childbirth of Schulze type and 25.14% of childbirth was Duncan type. By studying the relationship of the hemoglobin level with vulvoperineal rip, episiotomy and the childbirth type; the results obtained were statistically significant (p<0.05). Therefore, it’s concluded that there is a relationship between the hemoglobin variation in the immediate puerperium of the eutocic childbirth and the obstetric factors, in patients treated at Hospital II Es Salud, Cajamarca in 2019.
