The presence of the COVID-19 pandemic has put women in a vulnerable situation that can negatively affect their psycho-physical health since pregnancy leads to a partial immunosuppressive state and associated with physiological and mechanical changes makes them susceptible to infections therefore, to SARS-CoV-2, so it is important to have up-to-date and reliable epidemiological information for making clinical decisions. The main objective was to determine the prevalence of COVID-19 cases in pregnant women attended from June to December 2020 at the Metropolitan Primary Care Center of the EsSalud-La Libertad Network, using the intentional non-probabilistic design to obtain 63 data from pregnant women. of the virtual registry of the obstetrics service, collecting the data of interest in epidemiological files. The data obtained were processed and Attention statistically analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 software, concluding that the prevalence of COVID-19 cases in pregnant women attended at the Metropolitan Primary Center of the EsSalud-La Libertad Network between june to december 2020 was 15.87%.
