ABSTRACT The present investigation called: Influence of the school coexistence plan in the integral development of the students of the I.E. José Carlos Mariátegui N ° 80041 - Primary level, its objective was to determine the influence of the application of the coexistence plan in the socialand affective dimension of the students. The used as a base of study the inductive, dedctive, statistical methods; The techniques used were the interview, survey and review of the institution's 2018 school coexistence plan, the data collection instruments were prepared according to the determined variables: Integral Development and School Coexistence Plan. According to the results obtained, the execution of the School Coexistence plan significantly influenced the integral development of the students, mainly in the social and affective dimensions; In the social dimension, it is evidenced in the practice of social relations based on assertiveness and empathy, making students recognize and respect the opinions and ideas of thepeople with whom they interact, thus improving their social environment; In the affective dimension, it is evidenced in the construction of their identity, trust and respect for themselves and the world that surrounds them through the interactions that they establish with their significant peers, locating themselves as a unique and different person capable of feeling and actdifferently in the face of stimuli that occur in the course of their relationships.
