In this investigation, the principal objective is to determinate the phases of the purchase decision process in the beauty and personal care products of the female millennials where the Influencer Marketing has greater influence. It is proposed to demonstrate if Influencer Marketing has an influence on each of the stages of the decision process to purchase beauty and personal care products in millennial women Instagram users who reside in Metropolitan Lima, in addition to discovering in which Influencer Marketing has a higher incidence. The focus of the study is quantitative and correlational in scope, in which the inductive and deductive method of non-experimental design, cross-sectional type, was used. In this way, the survey was used as a data collection instrument in a probabilistic sample of a simple random type. According to the delimitation of the work in question, it was possible to obtain a finite population of 40,198 people who have the following characteristics: women born between 1980 and 1995 who reside in Metropolitan Lima. And, with the sample formula with 95% confidence, a result of 381 surveys was obtained that should be directed to the target audience. After collecting and analyzing the information, it was concluded that the critical stages for Influencer Marketing are the evaluation of alternatives and the purchase decision. This is evidenced in the following way, the two questions related to the evaluation of alternatives defined that 59.5% of the respondents if they had an influencer as a reference who had tried the beauty and personal care product, it would affect the evaluation that they are making about the product. On the other hand, the two questions in the purchase decision stage concluded that 66.5% of millennials bought the product promoted by the influencer. Finally, regarding to the independent variable of Influencer Marketing, the respondents mentioned that they use Instagram more frequently to be able to search for information. And they highlighted that reliability is the attribute they look for in influencers to consider following them, especially millennials prefer that these publications be made through videos, since it gives them greater credibility.
