This research work evaluates the teleworking of the satisfaction employees of Bank companies in Metropolitan Lima. With the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been an increase in online work in a short period of time in which the different institutions have had to adapt quickly in order to implement tools and provide quality training. Due to this, the purpose of this study is to demonstrate employees of Retail companies have a high satisfaction with teleworking. Accordingly, a quantitative study was carried out, where the survey technique was applied with a questionnaire as an instrument for a intentional non-probability sample type to 266 employees of Bank companies in Metropolitan Lima, to evaluate the proposed statements on the variables of online working and satisfaction and their respective dimensions. The analysis of the results will be obtained through the application of the Likert scale. In conclusion, the results of the study model variables: Teleworking and Satisfaction, together with their respective dimensions, were positive in most of the dimensions demonstrating that the online working of the employees of Bank companies has a high level of satisfaction. Therefore, the general hypothesis is true, in the same way the specific hypotheses on the dimensions of teleworking and satisfaction are true.
