A descriptive, correlational, and observational study was conducted on a population of 140 students, with a non-probabilistic convenience sampling. Participants underwent serum ferritin testing, weighted average grades, and completed a questionnaire. The data was collected using a data collection sheet and analyzed with SPSS software. Descriptive tables and graphs were created. Results: There was a very weak correlation between serum ferritin concentration and the weighted average grades of the students from a private university in Lima. The average age was young (under 26 years), young adult (26–34 years), and adult (over 34 years), with 76.4% females and 23.6% males. Differences were found in the serum ferritin levels and weighted average grades. The average serum ferritin level was 91.1 (ranging from 56.8 to 136), and the weighted average grade was 14.8.
