Determine the Relationship Between the Quality of Care in Teleorientation and Patient Satisfaction with Lower Back Pain at the Alfredo Piazza Roberts Primary Care Center III, EsSalud, During the 2023 Period. Materials and Methods: The sample will consist of 132 patients with lower back pain. This study follows a quantitative, applied approach, utilizing the adapted SERQHOS instrument to evaluate user satisfaction with teleorientation and the MINSA SEVQUAL instrument. Results: The group aged 31 to 40 years represents 29.55% of the sample, while the group aged 41 to 50 years accounts for 20.45%. A slight majority of the sample is female. Regarding the duration of symptoms, 40.15% reported an evolution period of 1 to 5 years. Additionally, 63.64% demonstrated low satisfaction, 59.09% expressed dissatisfaction, and 40.91% reported minimal satisfaction. Conclusions: It can be stated that the variable "quality of care" and the variable "patient satisfaction" are positively and strongly correlated. Furthermore, the variable "quality of care" and the dimension "negative aspects of patient satisfaction" are positively and moderately correlated. Similarly, the variable "quality of care" and the dimension "positive aspects of patient satisfaction" are also positively and moderately correlated.
