Objective: To determine the relationship between kinesiophobia and quality of life in patients with non-specific low back pain. Materials and methods: The study was carried out in 80 patients with non-specific low back pain in a physical therapy and rehabilitation center. Surveys were carried out using the "Tampa Kinesiophobia Scale" to evaluate the level of kinesiophobia and the "SF-36 Health Questionnaire" to evaluate the level of quality of life. It was a study of hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach of applied type, correlational non-experimental cross-sectional design. The data were analyzed using SPSS software. Results: In this study we found that the level of kinesiophobia was high with 52.5% of the patients. 65.0% were female and 12.5% of the patients were 38 years old, this being the largest population. In addition, it was observed that 100% of the patients had good quality of life. Conclusions: It was found that there is a relationship between kinesiophobia and quality of life in patients with non-specific low back pain in patients of the private physical therapy center.
