This work will develop a proposal for the implementation of a comprehensive temperature monitoring system and a productivity indicator in the process of forging valves for LPG cylinders in the company INDALCO SAC. The main objective is to develop a visual platform based on IoT, Node-Red and Ubidots technologies, which allows remote and real-time monitoring of critical parameters of the production process.The system will integrate advanced industrial equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, and an actuator studio, for the precise collection of operational data. These data will be sent to the Ubidots platform through the initial programming of the Tia Portal software linked to Node-Red for efficient communication between devices, where they will be displayed and analyzed through an intuitive control panel. The implementation of this system will allow continuous monitoring and efficient management of forging conditions, facilitating early identification of anomalies and informed decision making.To validate the performance of the system, simulated tests will be carried out to evaluate its ability to provide accurate and useful data. The expected results of these tests will be used to formulate optimization strategies and improvements in the production process. The system has the potential to solve current inefficiency problems in the forging area, reducing times and cost overruns for hours worked, and contributing to a significant improvement in the management of brass valve production in the company.
