This research is a quasi-experimental, prospective, and longitudinal study. Results: The educational workshop "Join the Prevention of Cervical Cancer" showed a satisfactory improvement in the knowledge level of adolescents in the 3rd and 4th grades of secondary school. In the pretest, a low level of knowledge was observed with a result of 61.8%, 32.7% had a medium knowledge level, while only 5.4% achieved a high knowledge level. This confirmed a deficiency in the knowledge level about cervical cancer. In comparison, the post-test showed a significant change in knowledge levels among 3rd and 4th-year secondary school students, with 81.8% achieving a high knowledge level, 14.5% with medium knowledge, and 3.6% at a low knowledge level. By using the parametric T-test, we were able to confirm a p-value of <0.05, accepting the alternative hypothesis and rejecting the null hypothesis. Conclusion: The effect of the educational workshop "Join the Prevention of Cervical Cancer" on the knowledge level of adolescents in the 3rd and 4th years of secondary school at the Sir Isaac Newton Private Educational Institution - Callao, 2024, is significant.
