This research aims to determine the relationship between competitive advantage and business sustainability in vegan restaurants in zone 7 of Metropolitan Lima. The research was carried out under a quantitative approach, of correlational scope, making use of the inductive method, with a non-experimental design of transectional type. Also, the technique used was the survey with the questionnaire instrument for a simple random probability sample of 383 people residing in the districts of zone 7 who must have previously attended a vegan restaurant in zone 7 of Metropolitan Lima. In addition, a stratified sampling by zone 7 districts, by sex, and by vegan and non-vegan persons was conducted. The data were presented in the format of graphs and tables from the SPSS statistical package. After the development of the research, results were obtained in which it was concluded that there is a relationship between competitive advantage and business sustainability, since Pearson's correlation between both variables is positive (0.343). Therefore, the general hypothesis that indicates that competitive advantage is related to business sustainability in the vegan restaurants located in zone 7 of Metropolitan Lima was tested.
