The present research work titled “Clinical Epidemiological Characteristics of Covid-19 patients, treated at the Pulmonology Medical Office, Mac Salud Cusco Clinic, 2022.” whose objective was to describe the Clinical Epidemiological Characteristics of Covid-19 patients, treated at the Pulmonology Medical Office, Clínica Mac Salud Cusco, 2022. A descriptive, non-experimental cross-sectional methodology was used, following the line of research in Health Nursing. community family. The final sample was made up of the medical records of the covid-19 patients, who attended the pulmonology medical office of the Mac Salud Cusco clinic, during the period 2022. The technique used was direct observation of the patients' medical records. with Covid-19 and the instrument was the Covid-19 clinical-epidemiological observation sheet that was used for data collection where the clinical records were evaluated and reviewed. The results are shown in graphs with their respective descriptive analyses. Results: Of 351 medical records of patients with a diagnosis of covid19 that make up the sample, it was found that 24.21% had an age group of 51 to 60 years, 57.84% were female and 42.16% were male, 24.21 % came from the province of Cusco, 41.31% had no comorbidity, 49.57% had cough, 48.43% sore throat, 74.07% nasal congestion, 27.06% respiratory difficulty, 85.75% fever, 17.09% chills, general malaise 81.76%, 15.95% diarrhea, 27.06% nausea, 8.54% irritability, 12.82% vomiting, 84.33% headache, 5.12% confusion, 9.68% taste disorder, 14% smell disorder, 65.53% muscle pain, 19.8% abdominal pain, 22.22% chest, 58.40% joint pain, 22.22% pharyngeal exudate, 56.69% conjunctival injection, 13.41% tachypnea, 48.14% abnormal lung auscultation and 9.68% abnormal imaging findings.
