Abstract

La presente investigación se encuentra en el rubro elaboración y venta de snack, a base de sangre de pollos, con insumos netamente naturales y de la región. La fuente de aprovisionamiento de los insumos, materia prima e ingredientes se realizará en la ciudad de Iquitos, se ha establecido contacto con los comerciantes del mercado Belén En cuanto a la estructura organización de Daxio Inversiones SRL. Se ha establecido como para una micro empresa, con funciones integradas. La empresa se acogerá al régimen laboral especial. Los trabajadores gozaran de todos los beneficios sociales establecidos por ley. En cuanto al plan económico y financiero arrojados en el presenta plan nos confirman la rentabilidad del proyecto, el Valor actual neto económico (VAN) de S/. 188,273 y el Valor actual neto financiero de S/. 303,334. La Tasa interna de retorno económica (TIR) es de 162% y la Tasa interna de retorno financiera es de 212%. El índice beneficio costo económico es de S/.6.51.
