The objective of this study was to: Establish the difference between the most common oral diseases in adults before and during the covid-2019 pandemic at the Regional Hospital of Loreto - Iquitos in the year 2022. Methods: The research will be quantitative. The design will be non-experimental, cross-sectional, comparative descriptive. The population consisted of 4,304 patients from the Loreto Regional Hospital. The sample consisted of 344 patients, which were divided by (286) Patients from 2019 and (58) Patients from 2022. Results: In 2019, the cases (439) of pulpal morbidity were close to double that of 2022 (241). In 2019, the cases (468) of periodontal morbidity were close to a third of those in 2022 (666). In 2019 the cases (65) of non-carious lesions were close to a third of those in 2022 (181). In 2019, the cases (61) of developmental disorders of the teeth decreased by almost a third from 2022 (46). In the year 2019 the cases (5) of Morbidity of the salivary glands were almost half of the 2022 (9). In 2019 the cases (11) of viral lesions decreased to a fifth of 2022 (2). In 2019, the cases (38) of inflammatory and infectious lesions were nearly double that of 2022 (20). In the year 2019 the cases (2) of melanomas and carcinomas were almost half 2022 (4). In 2019, the cases (20) of Other injuries were triple that of 2022 (6). There is a significant difference between oral morbidity in 2019 and 2022 (p= 0.007).
