The objective of the research was to determine the use of the Kaizen method in women’s clothing and accessories Mypes, Iquitos city, 2023. The methodology consisted of a descriptive, non-correlational and nonexperimental design. Ten companies constituted the population and the sample. The results indicate that the use of the method in classifying, with respect to merchandising, strategies to make the product visible are being developed, 70%; presentation of prices, companies are developing the visibility strategy, 60%. Regarding organizing, 80% are starting on the issue of signage; In security, 40% have some personnel. Regarding the use of cleaning, regarding external cleaning, 80% place some importance; Regarding internal cleanliness, 90% give some importance; Regarding the use of containers, all companies show that they have some type of container, 100%. Regarding the use of the method in normalizing, in offers of means of payment, 100% use cash payment, 80% use credit and debit card payment, with respect to payment receipts, companies plus receipts, 100%; they issue invoices, 60%; Regarding the use of plastics, 80% provide it for free. Regarding the use of the method in preserving, the use of staff clothing, there are very few companies that do not place emphasis on the issue, 60%, on greeting expressions, 70% show some type of greeting upon entering; and farewell expressions, 70% show some type of farewell.
