Comparación del nivel de conocimiento sobre manejo de residuos sólidos en 5to y 6to grado de primaria en dos instituciones educativas, Iquitos, 2023

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar la comparación del nivel de conocimiento entre 5to y 6to grado de primaria sobre manejo de residuos sólidos en dos instituciones educativas en la ciudad de Iquitos teniendo en cuenta la importancia de que docentes y alumnos trabajen juntos para comprender e implementar actividades que cooperen en práctica de trabajos para cuidar el medio ambiente; por lo cual será de gran utilidad evaluar entre alumnos de los colegios público y privado acerca del nivel de conocimiento sobre el manejo de residuos sólidos. La investigación que se ha realizado es cuantitativa y tiene un diseño experimental. En el estudio participaron 102 estudiantes de ambas instituciones que actualmente cursan 5to y 6to grado, realizado con una muestra de 84 alumnos. Como técnica principal se manejó la encuesta y a modo instrumento el cuestionario, se utilizó cuadros de consolidación para analizar las pruebas de las muestras independientes; en la cual se muestra pruebas paramétricas de T-Student y pruebas no paramétrico de U de Mann Whitney, por ser las variables de tipo ordinal. Se obtuvo como resultado un 59,68% del pre test en la institución educativo público entre 5to y 6to grado, en el postest se obtuvo un 90,58%, reflejando un incremento del 30,9% en los conocimientos de los estudiantes de quinto y sexto grado de primaria. Mientras que en la institución educativo privado se obtuvo un 56,71% del pre test entre 5to y 6to grado y en el postest se obtuvo 88,65%; esto refleja el incremento del 31,94% en los niveles de conocimiento de los estudiantes de quinto y sexto grado de primaria. Es decir, se demostró que la capacitación ha influido significativamente en su nivel de conocimiento de los estudiantes de ambas instituciones. Entonces, Se concluye que la comparación del nivel de conocimiento entre 5to y 6to grado en dos instituciones educativas en cuanto al manejo de residuos sólidos fue efectiva y eficiente.

As a result, 59.68% of the pre-test was obtained in the public educational institution between 5th and 6th grade, in the post-test 90.58% was obtained, reflecting an increase of 30.9% in the knowledge of fifth-grade students. and sixth grade of primary school. While in the private educational institution 56.71% of the pre-test was obtained between 5th and 6th grade and in the post-test 88.65% was obtained; this reflects the 31.94% increase in the knowledge levels of fifth and sixth grade students. That is, it was shown that the training has significantly influenced the level of knowledge of the students of both institutions. Then, it is concluded that the comparison of the level of knowledge between 5th and 6th grade in two educational institutions regarding solid waste management was effective and efficient.
