Propuesta de diseño arquitectónico del centro cultural en el distrito de san juan bautista 2020

Abstract

La cultura, conjunto de costumbres y valores que identifican a un sector de personas con características en comunes que los marcan con creencias que fueron adoptando al transcurrir de los años, a nivel mundial estas prácticas de reconocimientos fueron pasando al olvido o desconocimiento, donde las costumbres originarias se van dejando de lado para alienarse otras, pero a su vez con esfuerzo tratan de sobrevivir en ciertos sectores. Esta tesis remarca el valor cultural que el distrito de San Juan Bautista, en la ciudad de Iquitos requiere, y tras sus eventos culturales demuestra su necesidad de sobrevivencia en la urbe, con sectores campesinos que identifican sus raíces y hacen llamado a su rescate. Ante la precariedad inmobiliaria que realce la importancia cultural, esta tesis propone la infraestructura adecuada para la realización de actividades ligadas al reforzamiento cultural, haciendo monumental e importante la edificación presta para los fines.

The culture, set of customs and values that identify a sector of people with common characteristics that mark them with beliefs that were adopted over the years, globally these practices of recognition were passing into oblivion or ignorance, where the original customs are being left aside to alienate others, but in turn with effort trying to survive in certain sectors. This thesis highlights the cultural value that the district of San Juan Bautista, in the city of Iquitos requires, and after its cultural events shows its need for survival in the city, with peasant sectors that identify their roots and call for their rescue. Faced with the precariousness of real estate that enhances the cultural importance, this thesis proposes the appropriate infrastructure for the realization of activities related to cultural reinforcement, making monumental and important building suitable for the purpose.
