Análisis de correspondencia del diagnóstico de referencia y hospitalización de gestantes atendidas en el hospital regional de Loreto, año 2021

Abstract

El objetivo: Conocer la correspondencia del diagnóstico de referencia y el diagnóstico de Hospitalización de gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Regional de Loreto. Metodología: investigación tipo comparativo, diseño cuantitativo, no experimental retrospectivo Muestra :291 gestantes con referencia para continuar tratamiento en el Hospital Regional de Loreto Resultados: El embarazo en gestantes adolescente referidas al Hospital Regional representa el 26.8%; y el embarazo en añosas el 14.8%. El nivel de educación secundaria fue más frecuente con 68.0%. El Nivel educativo, secundario 68.0%, 24.7% nivel primario y el 7.3% tienen nivel superior no universitario. Los diagnósticos de referencia de mayor proporción son: aborto incompleto (13.75 %), rotura prematura de membrana (9.61%), supervisión del embarazo de alto riesgo (7.90%), Sufrimiento Fetal agudo (7.56%), trabajo de parto fase activa (5. 84%), preeclampsia severa (5.49%), embarazo de alto riesgo 4.12%). Los diagnósticos de hospitalización más frecuentes son: aborto incompleto (14.14%), trabajo de parto fase activa (10.65%), trabajo de parto pretérmino (8.94%), preclampsia severa (7.94%), enfermedad hipertensiva inducida por el embarazo (7.24%). Existe correspondencias entre los diagnósticos de referencia con los diagnósticos de hospitalización de las gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Regional de Loreto, 2021, con (p=0.000)
