Elementos que intervienen en la formalización y saneamiento físico legal del AA.HH Jesús de Nazareth, distrito de San Juan Bautista, provincia de Maynas - región Loreto, 2021

Abstract

La presente tesis, tuvo como objetivo conocer los “Elementos que intervienen en la formalización y saneamiento físico legal del AA. HH Jesús de Nazareth, Distrito de San Juan Bautista, Provincia de Maynas - Región Loreto, 2021”. Tomando para este caso específico, el AA. HH en mención, que consta de un área de 9,625m2, y un perímetro de 597.43m. El estudio de tipo descriptivo y de diseño no experimental, encontró, que el proceso de formalización y saneamiento físico legal, se encuentra viable para efectuarse a través del Procedimiento Administrativo de Prescripción Adquisitiva de Dominio. Al tener servicios de agua, luz y desagüe las 82 (100%) viviendas actualmente registradas, permite responder, que la población tiene calidad de vida y un nivel adquisitivo. Así mismo, aunque un 51.28% consideran, que están de Acuerdo (A) al afirmar que se sienten satisfechos con los trámites para la formalización, un 94.87% consideran que son de burocracia excesiva y se tardan demasiado. En este sentido 56.41% consideran, que están en desacuerdo (B) con la eficiencia en el proceso. Sin embargo, un 89.74% están de acuerdo al afirmar que la formalización de predios es importante. En conclusión, los elementos que intervienen no solo son las gestiones documentales, si no también, el sistema empleado, la capacidad de gestión, la eficacia y eficiencia de resolución de problemas, la verificación e integración de documentos en todas las etapas del proceso, así como la accesibilidad a ella, y sobre todo la calidad de vida que ofrece el lugar a sus beneficiarios.

The objective of this thesis was to know the "Elements that intervene in the formalization and legal physical sanitation of the AA. HH Jesus of Nazareth, District of San Juan Bautista, Province of Maynas - Region Loretto, 2021”. Taking for this specific case, the AA. HH in mention, which consists of an area of 9,625m2, and a perimeter of 597.43m. The descriptive and non-experimental design study found that the legal physical formalization and reorganization process is feasible to be carried out through the Domain Acquisitive Prescription Administrative Procedure. As the 82 (100%) homes currently registered have water, electricity and drainage services, it allows us to answer that the population has a quality of life and a purchasing power. Likewise, although 51.28% consider that they agree (A) when stating that they feel satisfied with the formalization procedures, 94.87% consider that they are excessively bureaucratic and take too long. In this sense, 56.41% consider that they disagree (B) with the efficiency of the process. However, 89.74% agree that the formalization of properties is important. In conclusion, the elements involved are not only document management, but also the system used, the management capacity, the effectiveness and efficiency of problem solving, the verification and integration of documents at all stages of the process, as well as as the accessibility to it, and above all the quality of life that the place offers to its beneficiaries.
