Autoestima en Alumnos del Quinto de Secundaria de una Institución Educativa Pública. Iquitos, 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de Autoestima en estudiantes de nivel secundaria de una Institución Educativa Pública. Iquitos, 2022. La metodología fue de tipo descriptiva simple, no experimental. La población y muestreo estuvo conformado por 41 estudiantes de educación secundaria de la Institución Educativa Pública Primaria Secundaria N° 601486 “ALEXANDER VON HUMBOLDT”, de la sección “A” turno mañana y sección “B” turno tarde, la técnica usada en el presente estudio fue la Psicométrica y el instrumento el Inventario de Autoestima de Stanley Copersmith, (SEI) versión escolar, el análisis de datos se realizó mediante el software estadístico Statistical Package for Social Sciences - SPSS v22. En los resultados se encontró que un 48,8% de los estudiantes obtuvieron un nivel Promedio de autoestima, el 26,8% obtuvo alta autoestima y solo el 24,4% obtuvo nivel bajo de autoestima. En cuanto al área “DE SI MISMO” un 43,9% de los estudiantes obtuvo un nivel Promedio, el 31,7% obtuvo alta autoestima y solo el 24,4% obtuvo baja autoestima, en el área “SOCIAL - PARES” un 39,0% de los estudiantes obtuvieron un nivel alto de autoestima, el 36,6% nivel promedio y solo el 24,4% obtuvo nivel bajo, en el área “HOGAR - PADRES” un 36,6% de los estudiantes obtuvieron baja autoestima, el 31,7% nivel promedio y 31,7% obtuvieron nivel alto de autoestima. Respecto al área “ESCUELA” un 46,3% de los estudiantes de nivel secundaria de una Institución Educativa Pública obtuvieron nivel promedio en el área “Escuela”, 39,0% nivel alto autoestima y 14,6% nivel bajo.
