The objective of this research was to “Establish the extent to which the Notarial Eviction Law is related to the reduction of the eviction process for precarious occupants in the civil courts of the Court of Justice of Loreto - Iquitos, 2021 - 2022”, since In 2019, Law 30933 was passed, a law that established a special procedure for eviction with the intervention of a notary and judicial execution. For this, a basic study was carried out with a quantitative, correlational, transversal and non- experimental design approach using a survey questionnaire as a research tool to receive opinions from the sample made up of 30 lawyers and workers of the Judicial Branch, finding a majority that expresses its opinion on the advantages and speed of the approval of Law 30933, concluding that the Notarial Evictions Law correlates to a medium degree with the reduction of the procedural burden in the eviction processes of precarious occupants in the civil courts of Iquitos, but not relevantly, since said law is only applicable to cases of precarious possession with the term provided for in the rental contract or non-payment and not in all cases.
