El Sindrome de Burnout en docentes de la Institución Educativa Primaria N° 601050 Micaela Bastidas Distrito de Iquitos, Provincia Maynas Region Loreto, Año 2020

Abstract

El objetivo de nuestra investigación fue: Determinar el nivel de Burnout en docentes de la institución educativa primaria N° 601050 Micaela Bastidas distrito de Iquitos, provincia Maynas región Loreto, año 2020. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo. El diseño que se empleó fue el descriptivo simple. La población estuvo constituida por un total de 30 docentes en la Institución Educativa Primaria N° 601050 “Micaela Bastidas” del distrito de Iquitos, provincia Maynas y región Loreto. La muestra de la investigación fue de tipo censal, en ese sentido se tomó la totalidad de la población de estudio, la cual fue 30 docentes. Se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue el cuestionario de Burnout adaptado para docencia a nivel internacional y nacional, en donde la palabra paciente es remplazada por docente permaneciendo igual el resto del instrumento. Los resultados dan cuenta que el nivel de cansancio emocional, de despersonalización y baja realización personal es bajo en los docentes de la Institución Educativa Primaria N° 601050 “Micaela Bastidas”. Del análisis de los resultados podemos inferir que los docentes presentan un nivel bajo de Síndrome de Burnout, ubicado en la escala de 0 – 33.

The objective of our research was: To determine the level of Burnout in teachers of the primary educational institution N° 601050 Micaela Bastidas district of Iquitos, Maynas province Loreto region, year 2020. The research was descriptive. The design used was the simple descriptive one. The population consisted of a total of 30 teachers in the Primary Educational Institution No. 601050 "Micaela Bastidas" in the district of Iquitos, Maynas province and Loreto region. The survey technique was used and the instrument was the Burnout questionnaire adapted for teaching at an international and national level, where the word patient is replaced by teacher, the rest of the instrument remaining the same. The results show that the level of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal fulfillment is low in the teachers of the Primary Educational Institution No. 601050 "Micaela Bastidas". From the analysis of the results we can infer that teachers have a low level of Burnout Syndrome, located on the scale of 0 - 33.
