The present research started from the problem: does not holding a single hearing constitute a violation of the principles of immediacy and concentration in the filiation and food processes? And the objective was: to determine whether it constitutes a violation of the principles of immediacy and concentration in the processes of filiation and maintenance, the failure to hold a single hearing. The technique used was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The population was made up of 70 trial lawyers from the province of maynas, the sample was made up of 59 trial lawyers. The design used in this research is the "non-experimental correlational transactional type". For statistical analysis we used descriptive statistics, to study the variables independently and to demonstrate the hypotheses we used the parametric test chi square (x2). The results indicated that: yes, the failure to hold a single hearing, regulated in article v of the preliminary title of the civil procedural code, constitutes a violation of the principles of immediacy and concentration in filiation and maintenance processes. Having determined the above, we can then indicate that it would be feasible to modify the third paragraph of article 1 of law 28457 and its modification in law 30628 to the extent of incorporating that the single hearing proceed in filiation processes and also in cases of accumulated processes such as filiation and maintenance, in compliance with article 554 of the civil procedural code, Loreto, 2021.
