The present investigation started from the problem: Does criminal law take precedence over administrative law? And the objective was: Exp!ain íf crirrlinal law takes precedence over administrative law. The technique usecl was th<:; survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The popuiation wa~:; up of Lawyers from the Loreto Bar Association. The design that \Nas vvas non-experimental of the transactional-correlational type. For the analysis, descriptive statistics were used, for the study the variables independently and far the demonstration of the hypotheses, the parametííc square test (x2) was used. The results indicated that: Article li! Preliminary Title of the Criminal Procedure Code prescribes that takes precedence over administrative law, however, in practice thE;re are !eqal conflicts dueto judgments of the Constitutional Court and Law nº 27 444
